These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://sleepie.in ("Website") and the purchase of products from ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Buyer", "you", "your" — any person or entity placing an order on this Website.
  • "Products" — pillows, sleep accessories and related items listed on this Website.
  • "Order" — a confirmed purchase request, subject to payment and acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to purchase products from this Website.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or texture.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of placing the Order is final.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a full refund.
  • Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in dimension, weight or colour are inherent to handmade or natural-material products.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an Order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors).
  • An Order is accepted only upon dispatch confirmation via email/SMS. Before dispatch, you may cancel free of charge.
  • We may limit Order quantities per customer or per address.

5. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking.
  • Prepaid Orders are confirmed immediately upon successful payment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms and delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our return, refund and exchange terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Warranty

  • All pillows carry a 3-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., premature foam collapse, stitching failure under normal use).
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage from unauthorised alterations.
  • To claim warranty, contact us with your Order number and photographic evidence of the defect.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a Product or Order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions and website design — is the property of or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems.
  • Submit false, misleading or defamatory content (including product reviews).
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Website.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • For unresolved grievances, you may approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
